Learn all about the rare southwest synchronous firefly, discovered in Tumacácori National Historical Park in 2017 by National Park Service Biological Science Technician Tony Palmer. Palmer will give an overview of this unique species and the importance of habitat conservation as well as highlight opportunities to view the insects during late summer. Reservation required. Space is limited.
